On January 10th, our executive leadership and core departments gathered to review our achievements and chart the course for the new year.

The theme was clear: "Innovation through Customization."

Strategy requires execution, and execution requires a cohesive team. Following the intense planning session, the team traded their business suits for sportswear on January 11th, heading outdoors for a day of "Recharge and Reconnect."

Embracing the spirit of "Work Hard, Play Hard," the day was filled with collaborative challenges.

Strategic Simulations: Teams participated in a "Giant Monopoly" style challenge, which required resource management, negotiation, and collective decision-making—perfectly mirroring our collaborative work ethos.

Energy & Trust: From ice-breaking games to adrenaline-pumping outdoor activities, the event was more than just fun. It broke down departmental silos, allowing colleagues to connect on a personal level and build the trust necessary for high-pressure work environments.
